Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted only if the service or product was found to be faulty or unsatisfactory due to our error and the following conditions are met.
2. Refund Request Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days from the date of purchase or service delivery.
3. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the same method of payment originally used. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
